House rules
Self check-in is used. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight; visitors must be communicated and identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Package deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional daily charge.
Getting there
The property is a few minutes' walk from the Via Gastronômica in Santo Antônio de Lisboa and 400 m from the beach. The listing also places it near waterfront restaurants, cafés, marinas and a waterfront promenade.
