The house

The 300-square-metre home is spread over five floors. A hallway leads to the kitchen, whose patio doors open into the private garden. The adjoining dining area has a sofa and a large marble dining table and connects to an art-filled sitting room with a green sofa.

The primary bedroom and its ensuite are one floor up. The second floor has two double bedrooms and the main bathroom, with an ensuite loft bedroom above. Two further double bedrooms occupy the lower-ground floor, served by a guest bathroom and a separate toilet room. Bedroom 3 has direct garden access. Bedroom 2 has no permanent hanging space; a hanging rail is provided.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, television, cable TV, hair dryer and towels are provided. The home also has a fireplace, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. Free internet is available.

There is no air conditioning. Fans are provided in every bedroom between May and September; request fans for stays outside this period. A dog normally lives in the home but will be absent during guest stays, so the home may not suit guests with allergies.
