House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Streaming services require guests' own accounts.
Getting there
The home is south of downtown Palm Springs. Tahquitz Canyon is half a mile away, and Moorten Botanical Garden is down the street.
