House rules

No loud noise from 22:00 to 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report breakages. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. The currency of these dollar-denominated charges is not specified. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and longer stays are allowed. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture to its original position, and dispose of rubbish in the correct bins. Turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights; close doors and windows; and check for belongings. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed. Found items can be returned to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability from the night before and an additional charge. Booking the preceding or following night, respectively, is the option for guaranteed additional access, subject to availability.

Getting there

The apartment is on Level 3 with lift access and concierge entry. Kings Cross Station and multiple bus routes are within easy walking distance. Sydney Airport is approximately 20–25 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
