House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00–22:00. Up to two pets are welcome; share pet details with the team. The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week.
Getting there
The home is in El Rancho Vista. Downtown Palm Springs is less than three miles west, and Palm Springs International Airport is less than three miles south. Palm Canyon Drive can be reached by a short drive or bike ride. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is seven miles west.
