## About the house

The home accommodates six guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The living room has vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV for streaming and a gas fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker and cooking utensils. The dining table seats six, and there is a wet bar. Two main-level bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and access to a shared bathroom; one has a desk and chair. The upstairs main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, desk and chair, and a balcony with Adirondack chairs. A covered patio has seating, a private gas firepit and gate access to the shared pool and spa, with golf-course views. A private gas grill, washer and dryer are provided. Community facilities include three pools, four spas, two tennis courts and a koi pond. Linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.
