No pets are permitted. No smoking is allowed. A signed waiver is required to rent kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, or cruiser bicycles. Pool heating is optional and costs $25 per day.
Getting there
The property has a white-sand beach behind the units and is 120 yards from The Kaibo Yacht Club, which is walkable for drinks, meals, watersports, and charter boat pickup. The shoreline and water entry may vary seasonally, and the water behind the property is described as clear and calm but not suitable for barefoot swimming; Starfish Point and other swimming areas are nearby. Beach access is public under Grand Cayman rules.
