All guests must be 12 or older; children and infants are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Optional pool heat costs $25 per day. Discounted rentals of kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and cruiser bicycles require a signed waiver.
Getting there
The property has a white-sand beach behind the units and direct beach access. The Kaibo Yacht Club is approximately 120 yards away and can be reached on foot. Rum Point is described as a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk; another listing passage describes The Rum Point Club as a 5-minute drive. Beach conditions may vary, and the water behind the property is described as not sandy-bottomed and not generally suitable for swimming; water shoes are recommended for the beach area.
