Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Online check-in and verification may be required before arrival.
Getting there
Alto Lucero is a rural area. A car is the most practical way to get around this stretch of the coast. Chachalacas is a further drive. Rideshare and taxi coverage can be more limited than in larger cities. The closest airport is Aeropuerto Nacional de Xalapa (El Lencero), an estimated 45–60 minute drive via the Xalapa–Alto Lucero highway; Veracruz's General Heriberto Jara International Airport is roughly 1.5–2 hours south.
