The house

The house is arranged on one ground-floor level. The living-dining room has a Smart TV, a spacious sofa, air conditioning and a decorative fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, utensils, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed and a wardrobe. The first bedroom also has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. A separate full bathroom has a bathtub. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with a crib and high chair.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 2 by 4 metres, with depths from 1.20 to 1.60 metres, a furnished porch, loungers, a barbecue and table tennis. Free Wi-Fi and free garage parking for one car are available.

Platja de Sa Coma is 1.3 km away. The surrounding area includes a seaside promenade and Punta de n’Amer nature reserve.
