Polynesian Shores 114 accommodates four guests between Lahaina and Kapalua. The open-plan living room connects to a fully equipped kitchen and sliding doors lead to a lanai with outdoor seating, pool views and ocean views. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and utensils; a BBQ is also available. The kitchen counter provides a laptop-friendly work surface.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean and water views, portable air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Two individual pull-out chairs in the living room have memory-foam twin mattresses; they remain separate singles and cannot be pushed together into one bed. There is one full guest bathroom with a bathtub. Portable air conditioning serves the bedroom and living room; there is no central air conditioning.

The complex has an oceanfront community pool and hot tub. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, paid laundry, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler are available. One assigned parking space is free, with a limit of one vehicle. Self check-in and checkout are available.

The small cove below the property changes with tide and swell, while S Turns offers a year-round beach a short walk north. Kapalua Bay is a short drive away for swimming and snorkeling. Nearby outings include Kahekili Beach Park, Ka'anapali Beach and the Kapalua Coastal Trail. Most visitors arrive through Kahului Airport (OGG).
