The house

The single-level condominium has a furnished living and dining area with sliding glass doors and Pacific views. A covered private lanai provides outdoor dining and lounging space with sunset views. Both bedrooms have one king bed, ocean views, split air conditioning and ceiling fans; the primary bedroom also has lanai or balcony access. There is one guest bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster and rice cooker. BBQ facilities are also available. Amenities include Wi-Fi advertised as high-speed, a washer and dryer, complimentary parking, smart television with satellite or cable, and starter linens, toiletries and kitchen essentials. Beach towels, chairs, a cooler and an umbrella are provided.

Guests have access to the shared oceanfront community pool and scenic walking routes. Poipu Beach, Kiahuna Beach and Brennecke’s Beach are within walking distance. The Shops at Kukui‘ula, Mahaulepu Trail, Spouting Horn and Poipu Bay golf are a short drive away. The condo sits directly on the water, and salt spray can affect the unit, especially during high surf.
