Before you book
House rules
A two-night minimum applies. Single or orphan nights between bookings may be booked in advance; one-night stays are otherwise considered only at the last minute. All accommodations are non-smoking. The minimum renter age is 25. Extra guests, including children, incur an additional nightly charge; pets incur an additional nightly charge where permitted. Cleaning fees apply to all self-catering rentals. A 50% deposit is required. The balance is due 14 days before Pointhouse B&B stays, 30 days before Aerie, Annex, and Studio ISO stays, and 60 days before Pointhouse/Estate rentals.
Getting there
The property has a private trail from the lower parking area to its shoreline. Guests may launch their own paddle craft. A natural rock staircase leads to a scenic viewpoint.
