## About the house

The home accommodates up to 11 guests across four bedrooms and has three full bathrooms. Two separate living rooms provide gathering space: the main living area has vaulted cedar tongue-and-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, large water-view windows and a two-story stone fireplace. The second living room has a large sectional and direct deck access. The dining area overlooks the bay through picture windows.

The kitchen has an island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances and a double oven, along with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ice machine, dishes and utensils. A wraparound deck has lounge seating and a grill, with private beach access just beyond. Outdoor seating and a fire pit are also available.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, direct deck access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Partial ocean views are available from the bedroom and bathtub. Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk with a twin trundle and a twin-over-double bunk. Two additional full guest bathrooms serve the home.

Smart TVs are available across living spaces and bedrooms, with satellite or cable television and toys also provided. The home has heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, extra pillows and blankets, an iron and a hair dryer. Children are welcome, and a high chair is available. Garage, driveway and street parking are available, with free parking advertised.

An exterior motion-activated security camera covers the front door and porch. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, a deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting. Self check-in and check-out are available.

Birch Bay Beach, shoreline paths and Birch Bay State Park are nearby, with local cafes and casual dining along Birch Bay Drive. Blaine Harbor, the Semiahmoo Resort area and downtown Lynden are a short drive away.
