Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Notify management of any guest-count changes. No pets unless otherwise previously agreed. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
The complex is minutes from the beach, Lorne Pier precinct and Grand Pacific Hotel. Lorne town centre is a 900 m stroll along the ocean trail. Parking is limited to one car space.
