The house

The home accommodates up to 11 guests, with an upstairs main living area and a separate downstairs apartment with a kitchenette, included in the same stay. The six bedrooms contain three king beds and five single beds. Each of the three bathrooms has a shower, toilet and hand basin.

A wrap-around covered deck and downstairs patio overlook the harbour mouth towards Pauanui. The full kitchen includes an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a heat pump is provided.

Wi-Fi, a smart TV, Google Chromecast, a BBQ and outdoor furniture are available, along with boogie boards, fishing rods, board games, books and puzzles. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, with beds made before arrival and stripped after departure. Pillows and duvets are provided. There is no pool or hot tub.

The main upper level is wheelchair accessible. Off-road and garage parking are available via a sloping shared driveway. Downtown Tairua is a five-minute drive away.
