The house

The home sleeps up to 10 guests and has three bathrooms. Vaulted wood-beam ceilings, flagstone floors and wrap-around windows frame garden and mountain views. The living room has a sectional, and indoor dining connects to a covered wrap-around lanai with outdoor dining and multiple seating areas.

The equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, expansive countertops, an island with casual seating, a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster oven. Outside are a private pool, gas grill, open-air shower and a yard with avocado, orange and Meyer lemon trees. Pool heating is optional, carries an additional daily charge and requires arrangements two weeks in advance.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, split AC, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, mountain views and a private lanai with seating. Its ensuite has a soaking tub and a walk-in tile shower with double shower heads. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a California king bed, TV, AC and ceiling fan; Bedroom 2 is on the first floor and Bedroom 3 is on the second floor. The upstairs children’s bedroom has two twin bunk beds, a futon, TV, AC and ceiling fan. Shared bathrooms upstairs and downstairs each have a tile shower. Air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms; the living and dining rooms are not air-conditioned.

Wi-Fi, two washers and two dryers, a ping-pong table, a classic arcade game, televisions, linens, a Pack and Play, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are available. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. The home has a private entrance, self check-in, smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

Princeville Center shopping and dining, a local park, walking paths, nightly entertainment, lei making and hula shows are within walking reach. Princeville Botanical Gardens, Princeville Ranch horseback riding, Wailua River kayaking, North Shore beaches, golf, hiking trails and local markets are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Exterior security cameras are present, and seasonal gnats may appear during winter.
