The property has 200 m of unpaved access road. The pool is below the house and is reached by a ramp of steps. Castiglione del Lago has services, restaurants and supermarkets about 5 minutes away by car; the supermarket and bar are stated to be 5 km away. The property is 7 km from Lake Trasimeno and 150 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property has a fenced area of about 2 hectares with a 1.60 m-high net fence. Pets are allowed.
