The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, television and dining table, alongside an equipped open-plan kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. The living room opens onto a terrace overlooking greenery, with a table for outdoor dining. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Fans are provided.
A ground-floor laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is available. The shared swimming pool opens from 1 May to 30 September, from 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–20:00; swimming caps are required. The parking space is 2.40 m wide and is unsuitable for large cars.
