The property is less than 4 km from Greve in Chianti and about 2 km from Montefioralle. Access includes roughly 250 m of unpaved farm road from the municipal road, and the garden has several terraces connected by stone steps. The pool is on a lower terrace reached by steps. There are about three parking spaces inside the property.

This is a private structure available for lease only. A sofa bed in the passage room may be used by a child who wishes to sleep with their parents, without exceeding the maximum occupancy of six people. The property is totally fenced only in the garden around the main house and pool; the full garden perimeter has fences with gates, railings and planters. Security cameras operate in the outdoor areas around the villa.
