It has a salt sanitation system, automatic night lighting, a motorized PVC cover, sun loungers, umbrellas and a hot-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

The property is 3 km from shops, restaurants and services. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate, and a paved path leads to the parking spaces. The pool is about 20 metres from the villa on a lower terraced level and requires crossing the garden and using a staircase. Castiglione della Pescaia on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 79 km away.

The property is available for lease only. One small or medium-sized animal is allowed. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
