The pool is about 15 m from the house on a slightly elevated terrace, reached by a paved path or steps. It measures 16 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m and has six submerged access steps, a salt purification system, a night cover, lighting, sunbeds, umbrellas and hot-water showers. A children's pool measures 2 x 4 m and is 40 cm deep. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is in Rocca Ripesena, a few kilometres from Orvieto. Orvieto is 4 km away, Orvieto Scalo is 6 km away, and shops and services in Sferracavallo are 3 km away. The access includes 800 m of unpaved road. Parking within the property is available for up to six cars.

The property is rented as a private structure only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
