The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is in Rocca Ripesena, about 4 km from Orvieto. Access includes 800 m of unpaved road. On-property parking accommodates up to 6 cars. Orvieto Scalo train station is 6 km away, and shops and services in Sferracavallo are 3 km away. Montalto di Castro beaches are 72 km away.

The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
