A children's pool measures 2 x 4 m and is 40 cm deep. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is reached by 800 m of unpaved road. Orvieto is 4 km away, Orvieto Scalo train station is 6 km away, shops and services in Sferracavallo are 3 km away, and Montalto di Castro beaches are 72 km away. Parking is available within the property for up to 6 cars.

The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
