## About the house

The first-floor apartment accommodates up to three guests. The living room has a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and large dining table, alongside a fully equipped kitchen. The private terrace has a table and chairs and views of Lake Garda. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer. A hairdryer and iron are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The television receives German channels only.

Stairs lead to the shared rooftop solarium, with a swimming pool, sun loungers, tables and chairs, and views of the hills and Lake Garda. The pool opens from 1 May to 30 September; a swimming cap may be required.

Toscolano and Maderno have bays for sailing, fishing and water sports, with walks in the surrounding hills and mountains. Maderno has a serviced beach and lakeside events in the former Hippodrome area. Toscolano has a Thursday morning market and the Paper Museum in the Valley of the Paper Mills. The apartment is approximately 40 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and 70 minutes from Verona airport.

The apartment is on the first floor. Stairs lead to the rooftop pool and solarium. Desenzano train station is approximately 40 minutes away by car; Verona airport is approximately 70 minutes away.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
