The property is about 2.5 km from Laterina, 17 km from Arezzo, 57 km from Siena and 70 km from Florence. Access includes 600 m of unpaved road in good condition. The pool is about 30 m from the house and is reached by a short flight of stone steps. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 146 km away.

The property is rented exclusively in this solution, so no other guests will be present on site. The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed for €50 per animal per week or part of a week, payable on site. The swimming pool is seasonal, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. The fireplaces in the main house and annex are ornamental and are not for use.
