House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it, and must not stand between the elevator gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway. Do not operate the elevator if its gate or door locking system malfunctions, unusual sounds occur or the ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs. Sunday check-in is at 16:00 and Sunday checkout is at 10:00. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
The home is one house back from the beach. Beach access is via Pine Island Beach Access 7. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
