# Poet's Loft Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 18 guests and has seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The third-floor great room combines living, dining and a fully equipped kitchen, with ocean-facing windows and a gas fireplace. A nearby den and the elevated ship’s watch offer additional sitting space and views toward the ocean and sunset over the sound. An elevator serves the home. On the first level, one bedroom has a double bed and a twin-over-twin bunk set; another has two twins, a twin-over-twin bunk set and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This level also has a cabana full bathroom and a sitting area with a wet bar and refrigerator. The second level has two king ensuite bedrooms with standing showers, a queen ensuite with a shower/tub combination, and a twin bedroom with a semi-private bathroom. These four bedrooms have deck access. Laundry and a sitting area are also on this level. The third-level king ensuite has a standing shower and whirlpool tub. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, multiple furnished decks, gas grill, outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Five beach chairs are provided. Indoor facilities include Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, ping-pong and streaming TV. Cable TV is offered for 2026 only. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. Pine Island community amenities include an oceanfront outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, basketball courts, playground and beach access. Parking accommodates seven vehicles. For 2027, planned additions include new Timbertech decks on both levels and a ChargePoint Home Flex EV charger in the carport with a cable; some vehicles may require their own adapter. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access. No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it, and must not stand between the elevator gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway. Do not operate the elevator if its gate or door locking system malfunctions, unusual sounds occur or the ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs.
