Poderino is a private farmhouse on a farm with original architecture. The villa has a garden, countryside views, a billiard room, a panoramic terrace and a pool about 20 m from the property. The villa is arranged over two levels connected by interior and exterior stairs.

It has chlorine purification, internal lighting, a terracotta-and-grass solarium area, sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold shower.

Trequanda is less than 1 km away and shops and restaurants are 1 km away. The property has 450 m of unpaved access road. The A1 Valdichiana exit is 12 km away. The pool is reached by a short walking path in the garden and is not directly beside the house.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Up to two animals are allowed. The property is not fenced. The fireplaces are ornamental. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
