When the property is rented in this arrangement, no other guests are present on site. Pets are allowed. The property is fenced in. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The meeting or conference room is available on request at an extra cost.
Getting there
Chiusi is 7 km away. The property is reached by 200 metres of dirt road. The pool is about 30 metres from the buildings along a slightly downhill paved path. The main villa's two floors are not connected internally, and the upper-floor suites are reached by external stairs. The annex's upper-floor suites are reached by terracotta stairs. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 178 km away and the Adriatic Sea is 180 km away.
