Chiusi is 7 km away. The property is reached by 200 metres of dirt road. The pool is about 30 metres from the buildings along a slightly downhill paved path. The main villa's two floors are not connected internally, and the upper-floor suites are reached by external stairs. The annex's upper-floor suites are reached by terracotta stairs. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 178 km away and the Adriatic Sea is 180 km away.
