The property is available for exclusive lease. Small-size pets are permitted. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The fireplaces are ornamental.
Getting there
The property is 10 km from Peccioli, 55 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea and 46 km from Pisa Airport. Access roads are paved until the entrance gate. The garden and property are arranged over multiple levels, and marble stairs lead between the basement and ground floor and to the pool area. Parking is inside the property with five uncovered spaces.
