The garden and pool area are arranged over multiple levels; the pool can be reached by marble stairs or from the lawn through a wooden gate.

The property is for rental only. Small-size pets are permitted. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum booking limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. The annex loft is not divided into separate rooms. All fireplaces are ornamental. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
