The property is not fenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The swimming pool is open seasonally from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, with access from 08:00 to 19:00.
Getting there
The property is reached by a 3-kilometre paved narrow road through the woods followed by 1 kilometre of unpaved road. The access is not suitable for low or sports cars. Belforte is 8 km away, Radicondoli is 12 km away, and the nearest listed beaches are Follonica at 62 km and Punta Ala at 84 km.
