The property is not fenced. Caretakers live in an annex on the property and maintain the park and swimming pool. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The property is near Chiusdino in the Val di Merse. Chiusdino is 4.5 km away, Siena is about 39 km away, and the Tyrrhenian coast at Castiglione della Pescaia is 73 km away. The access road is paved up to the entrance, followed by a short unpaved driveway to the parking area.
