The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Up to two pets are allowed. The pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The property is 600 m from Celle sul Rigo and 5 km from San Casciano dei Bagni. The last 20 m of the access road is unpaved. A tennis court and football pitch outside the villa grounds are about 60 m away and require advance booking. The property is 528 m above sea level.
