The pool measures 12 by 6 metres, has a constant depth of 1.20 metres, a stone path from the portico, a surrounding solarium, sunbeds, deckchairs, two umbrellas and an external cold-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Celle sul Rigo is 600 metres away and San Casciano dei Bagni is 5 km away. The last 20 metres of the access road are unpaved. A tennis court and football pitch about 60 metres away are outside the villa grounds and require advance booking.

The property accommodates up to 12 guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
