The property is not fenced. The swimming pool is seasonal, open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Pets are permitted, and two cats live in the park.
Getting there
The property is outside Montefollonico. The A1 Valdichiana exit is 15 km away, Montefollonico is about 2 km away, and the access route includes 600 m of unpaved road. Covered parking is inside the property. The swimming pool is about 25 m from the house across a level garden. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
