The property is in Doglio, 1.5 km from the hamlet of Doglio and 5 km from Monte Castello di Vibio. Access includes an 800 m dirt road in good condition. The pool is about 20 m from the house on a lower terrace and is reached by wooden steps. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The nearest beaches are the Tyrrhenian Sea at 110 km and the Adriatic Sea at 177 km.

Dangerous or aggressive dog breeds are not allowed. Use of the event hall for business meetings, ceremonies, or parties has an extra daily cost that includes cleaning. The caretaker lives in Annex 2, which has independent rear access, and is available to assist guests while respecting their privacy and exclusive spaces.
