The panoramic pool is about 20 m from the house at a lower level and is reached by wooden steps. It measures 12 x 6 m, has a depth of 1.50 to 2 m, a stone-paved solarium, sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is on a hill and has multiple stair routes, including 6 steps from the parking area to the entrance, 7 steps to the ground floor, 16 steps to an alternative entrance, and 9 steps to another independent entrance. The pool is reached by wooden steps. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Access includes an 800 m dirt road in good condition. Doglio is 1.5 km away, Monte Castello di Vibio is 5 km away and Todi is 16 km away. The property has 4 covered and 6 uncovered parking spaces.

The property is not fenced. Dangerous or aggressive dog breeds are not allowed. Use of the event hall for meetings, ceremonies or parties has an additional daily cost that includes cleaning. When the property is rented in this solution, no other guests are present on site.
