Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Padel-court and spa use are available on request and may have an extra cost. Services at the villa must be provided by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
Getting there
The property is in the Valdarno hills near Loro Ciuffenna. The access roads include 700 metres of unpaved road. The pool area is on a lower terrace reached by two flights of steps and a 30-metre path. Terranuova Bracciolini is 4 km away, the Valdarno A1 motorway exit is 8.5 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea at Forte dei Marmi is 150 km away.
