House rules
The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Padel court access is on request with an extra cost, and spa access is on request with an extra cost. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
Getting there
The property is on hilly terrain. The access roads include 700 m of unpaved road. The pool area is on a lower terrace, reached by a 30 m path and two flights of steps. The covered parking area is about 700 m past the entrance gate. The Tyrrhenian Sea at Forte dei Marmi is 150 km away.
