The main house has shared living areas, while additional kitchens and living rooms provide private spaces in the main house and annexes. The property has a large garden, outdoor dining areas, a fenced pool and views over the surrounding hills.

The fenced pool measures 7 x 14 metres, has a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 metres, internal steps, a cold-water outdoor shower and external lighting. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Celle sul Rigo is 3.5 km away and San Casciano dei Bagni is 7 km away. The access road is paved up to the entrance gate, followed by 300 metres of gravel. The property can be reached on foot from Celle sul Rigo. There are two uncovered and three covered parking spaces inside the property.

A maximum of two animals is allowed. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
