It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The pool is reached by a short natural-stone path and is about 30 m from the main house.

The property is south of Siena and a short distance from Celle sul Rigo. Celle sul Rigo is 3.5 km away and San Casciano dei Bagni is 7 km away; Celle can be reached on foot. The access road is paved up to the entrance gate, followed by 300 m of gravel. The property is reached through a small driveway, and the farmhouse and annexes are connected by paths; the main house's two floors are connected only externally by stairs on one side.

When rented in this solution, no other guests are present on site. A maximum of 1 animal is permitted. The property is fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
