Podere Le Caprarecce is a restored late-nineteenth-century stone farmhouse with an annex, original materials, antique terracotta floors and exposed chestnut beams. The two independent buildings are 20 metres apart and are surrounded by countryside with vines, olive trees, lawns and shaded garden areas.

The pool is 20 metres from the house, measures 8 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.40 to 2.20 metres. It has chlorine purification, Roman steps, pool and solarium lighting, sunbeds and umbrellas. It is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Wi-Fi internet connection is included.

The property is in Baccinello, part of the municipality of Scansano. Access includes 1 km of unpaved road; low and sporty cars are not suitable. The property has four uncovered parking spaces. Baccinello is 2 km away, Grosseto is 26 km away, and Marina di Grosseto is 41 km away.

The property is for lease only. Pets cannot enter the pool. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The manual-opening gate should always be kept closed because pastures with sheep are present in the area. Fireplaces are ornamental and must not be used. Additional cleaning is mandatory in case of animals.
