It has four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, two floors connected by an external staircase, a fenced garden for exclusive guest use, and an exclusive pool. The property is in a hilly setting, 13 km from Pienza, 5 km from Montepulciano and about 5 minutes from Monticchiello.

The property is reached by 3.7 km of unpaved road that is narrow in some places and should be driven slowly. The farmhouse is in a hilly position and its two floors communicate via an external staircase. Monticchiello is about 4 km away, Montepulciano 5 km away and Pienza 13 km away.

Up to two small-sized pets are permitted for a fee of €50 per animal per week or part of a week, payable on site. The pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
