The house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across four main-house bedrooms and an open-plan guest house. Each has a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom, air-conditioning and sea views. The living area covers 300 sqm on a 1,200 sqm plot. The main-house living room has a TV, air-conditioning and pool access; its dining area seats up to six. A separate WC is also available. Outdoors are a 48 sqm private infinity pool, two hot tubs, sun loungers, lounge and dining areas, and a garden. The gated property has an automatic security gate. Entertainment includes smart and flat-screen TVs and a sound system. A safe, closets, hairdryers in every bedroom, bath amenities, and bath, pool and beach towels are provided. A baby cot, highchair, baby bath and power adapter are available upon request. Daily housekeeping is included; linen, towels and pool towels are changed twice weekly, and pool freshening takes place twice weekly. Arrival amenities include a complimentary bottle of wine and local delicacies. A dedicated concierge, personal check-in service and ongoing support are included. Babysitting, car rental, chef service, grocery supply, helicopter transfers, security, transfers, VIP reservations and yacht charters are available on request.
