House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation with the final payment. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Tourist tax is payable before the stay (the page also indicates it is included in the total price; confirm how it is handled). Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels €2, towel set €7, double-bed linen €18, single-bed linen €14, final cleaning €65 and bath mat €3. Optional cancellation insurance is 5.5% of the booking. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection and provide arrival time. In low season, check-in and check-out times can be flexible by arrangement. Household linen ordered is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement; housekeeping during the stay is not provided.
Getting there
Val André sandy beach is 2 km away; Vallées sandy beach is about 2.1 km away. Leclerc supermarket is 270 m away and the Tuesday morning market is about 200 m away. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging.
