## About the house

The home has open-plan living, a well-equipped kitchen and pantry, and a large wraparound deck with outdoor seating. Three bedrooms contain two queen beds and one double bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe; the other two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. Equipment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ grill, TV, DVD player, washer and dryer. Air conditioning is in the living room, and ceiling fans are in all rooms. An indoor fireplace, hot water and smoke detector are provided. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.

Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use and only the guests recorded on the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Linen is not provided; a hire service is available. Pets incur a surcharge. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
