House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Up to two pets are permitted; share their details with the management team.
Getting there
Palm Canyon Drive is less than four blocks west. The Palm Springs Convention Center and Agua Caliente Casino are across the road in either direction. Tahquitz Canyon is two miles south, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is seven miles west. Golf courses are minutes away by car.
